Federico De Nora

Chairman

Grandson of the Company founder, Oronzio, Federico De Nora has had significant experience both in Switzerland and in the U.S.A. Before taking on the role of Chairman of Industrie De Nora, industrial holding Company of the group, he worked in a number of areas including strategic planning, organization and human resources. Federico De Nora is also currently the Chairman of the Foundation dedicated to Oronzio and Niccolò De Nora which is operative in close collaboration with many universities with the aim of promoting innovation among young researchers.

Gianfranco Mora

Executive Vice-President

Executive Vice-President of the industrial holding, Chairman of Uhdenora (the joint-venture with Uhde) and Board Member of various group companies, Gianfranco Mora holds a degree in Political Sciences from the Turin University. After several years with Fiat/Lancia as Technical Director, he served as General Manager with Farid S.p.A., an ecology-driven Italian company. He was, then, involved in many strategic projects for an international consulting company. In 1996 he joined Gruppo De Nora where, before reaching present responsibilities, he was in charge of Development of the Business and Human Resources.

Paolo Dellachà

Chief Executive Officer

Chief Executive Officer of the Group, Board Member of various Group Companies and of the Joint Ventures, Paolo Dellachà holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan. After few years as General Manager of one of the manufacturing companies of Romaco Group (one of the multinational leaders in Processing and Packaging machinery for the pharmaceutical industries) he joined Sympak Group (leading multinational in Processing and Packaging machinery for the food industry) where he covered different positions up to Group General Manager. He joined De Nora Group in June 2009 as General Manager.

Matteo Lodrini

CFO

Matteo Lodrini is also Board Member of various Group companies. He has covered several executive positions in Corporate Finance with a strong industrial exposure in the chemical and food industry. Formerly, he was Head of Acquisitions and Business Development for Nestlé in Italy where he has gained an extensive background in brand portfolio management, strategic planning, divestments and restructuring plans. Previously he worked for Nestlé in Switzerland as Deputy Group Treasurer. Prior to this experience, Matteo Lodrini worked in Norfin (Gruppo De Nora financial holding) as Corporate Finance officer for few years with extensive responsibilities on risk management activities and group controlling. He has a degree in Economics and a master in Corporate Finance from the Bocconi University.

Franco Mazzucchi

Director

Franco Mazzucchi is Vice President of MdN Holding. Very young he entered Gruppo De Nora, at that time Oronzio De Nora Impianti Elettrochimici, and since then he has been involved in the financing activities related to the industrial development of the Group, holding progressively top positions in the Holding Company. Franco Mazzucchi contributes to the definition of the strategic guidelines of the Group.

Mario Cesari

Non executive Director

Mario Cesari is Swiss national and a non-executive board member of de Nora since 2012. He completed his studies in Industrial Engineering at the Polytechnic of Milan and the Frauenhofer Institut Stuttgart, he also holds an MBA with honours from Insead. He started his career in 1992 in the automotive industry at Valeo Thermal Systems in France, in China and Malaysia. In 1997 he joined the consulting firm McKinsey & Co. at their Paris and Geneva offices and from 2001 to 2009 held various positions up to Executive Director at US based private equity funds first in Boston and then Paris. He is currently Vice-President and Director of Corporate Development at TBG, a diversified private industrial holding.

Michelangelo Mantero

Non executive Director

Michelangelo Mantero, independent board member of Industrie De Nora, has started his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in New York and London.
Michelangelo also gained some experiences in industry, where he covered positions as financial controller in Edison and Asea Brown Boveri.
Since the beginning of 2002, Michelangelo has been part of the Italian team of Vestar Capital Partners, a mid-cap US private equity fund as executive director leading numerous transactions and investments such as, among the others, FL Selenia and Seves.
He holds a degree in Monetary Economics from the Bocconi University.

Christian Steffens

Non executive Director

Christian Steffens is a non-executive Board member of De Nora.
He is co-Head of Capital Markets at Unicredit and a member of their Financing & Advisory Executive Committee.
In over twenty years advising private and public sector companies, he gained extensive experience in equity and debt financing as well as mergers and acquisitions and privatizations.
He has worked for Lehman Brothers and previously also held senior positions with Merrill Lynch and SG Warburg.
Mr. Steffens holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Economics from University College London.
